An exciting opportunity exists for individuals who wish to serve on the Royal Gorge Mountain Park Trails Committee. Letters of Interest are being accepted for seven members appointed by City Council. The members will consist of three Fremont County residents of which one must be a City resident, one Fremont Adventure Recreation (FAR) representative, one Cañon City youth (aged 14-18), and two City Council members. The Committee will meet monthly to review, evaluate, and make recommendations concerning trail development within Royal Gorge Mountain Park.
Letters should include a list of experiences and why you wish to serve in this capacity. Such letters should be addressed to:
