PLAT VACATION REQUEST
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Monday, January 05, 2026 at 6:00 PM, at CITY HALL, 128 Main Street, in the COUNCIL CHAMBERS, and via ZOOM teleconference, the CITY COUNCIL for the City of Cañon City will hold a PUBLIC HEARING to consider a PLAT VACATION request for the revocation of the Redhawk Landing Minor Subdivision located at 1721, 1725 and 1729 Mariposa Road. The property is zoned GC, General Commercial District. If approved, the Plat Vacation would have the effect of returning the property to its former status as a single lot with a legal description of “Lot 3, Mariposa Business Park.” All interested parties may attend.
